Surrounded by greenery, among palm trees, jasmine and olive trees, you will experience the magical synthesis between traditions, history and the sea on the one hand, and the countryside, hospitality and warmth that distinguish the people of our land, on the other. In our Country Resort you will find a family atmosphere. An evocative and comfortable place that will make you forget the hectic everyday life and offer guests the opportunity to experience an informal, genuine vacation in full freedom among authentic scents and flavors. In the morning you will be awakened by the harmonious song of the birds, which are part of the natural habitat In the firm desire not to want in any way to alter the natural habitat, starting, precisely, with respect for the environment, it was the landscape that determined the construction choices, we tried to merge the structures in the surrounding environment through the dispersion of single-story buildings, alternating with botanical oases. An intervention that allowed us to fit into the landscape without altering its natural charm. The choice could only fall on natural materials, such as stone for the cladding, wood and materials of local craftsmanship, such as Caltagirone ceramics. The cottages All on the ground floor in three terraced bodies, Our cottages, have at their disposal a large green area and have their own private veranda, very large, furnished with a sitting area, where one can read a book, rest, chat or enjoy a drink outdoors but in one's own privacy are the things that make one's stay enjoyable and are the hallmark of our resort. Equipment: mini fridge, independent air conditioning, 28 LED TV with satellite system and 12 Sky channels, safe, hair dryer. Cottage CLASSIC: In addition to lampia veranda, it consists of a double bedroom and bathroom complete with shower. The internal area of the room is about 21 square meters including the bathroom with a comfortable shower. The door to the bedroom is a door/window equipped with double insulated glass and external shutters, when closed it can be opened as a window only. Inside, a 2-door closet with overhead storage for luggage, a small desk with mini fridge and TV, a chair and a small armchair. This room is recommended for couples and couples with a child who sleeps either with their parents or in a cot/crib, which we offer free of charge. For households with a child who needs a third bed, we have five slightly more spacious classic cottages. The amenities remain the same, the only difference being that the bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Cottage SUPERIOR: This is a two-room apartment. It consists of a double bedroom and a living room in which up to two beds can be accommodated. The internal area of the room is about 32 square meters including the bathroom with shower. The interior equipment is the same as the classic cottage with the addition of a closet. The room is equipped with an entrance door, a door to the back porch and a window in the bedroom. These include minimizing waste (especially plastic) and separating it properly, digitizing communication channels to reduce printed materials, conscientious use of resources with less laundry consumption, and more. In your room you will find a dispenser with natural citrus-flavored Liquid Soap, made by the hot method with our olive oil, which, thanks to its moisturizing, antioxidant and anti-aging properties, is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive. Gentle, preservative-free, dye-free, and without artificial foaming agents, extra virgin olive oil soap is suitable for even the most sensitive and allergic skin types, restoring the skin's pH and offering gentle and moisturizing cleansing. THE GREEN. For our garden we have chosen native botanical species, in each plant you will find the name and family to which it belongs. You will walk among the olive trees, from which with a cold pressing of the olives, not treated by any pesticide, our extra virgin olive oil is produced. In an area near our resort you will find a small beehive, bees are pollinating insects, that is, they allow pollination and consequently the formation of fruits, transporting pollen from one flower to another. Through this activity, they ensure the presence of diverse plant species, an extremely important element in the health of nature. Without bees, pollination would decrease frighteningly; as a result, plants would begin to reproduce less and disappear, herbivorous animals would lose their source of sustenance, and so would the entire food chain and the entire planet. We have adopted two Ragusan Donkeys, Clementina and Matilda, who graze the grass and help us keep our garden tidy THE SEA: The beach of the Gulf of Fontane Bianche is about 400 meters from the resort. By walking or driving along a country lane within our grounds, it is easily reached. Other beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car.We will be happy to give you the best tips for getting to know the magnificent coastline, which runs from our resort to Capo Passaro. For nature lovers, to immerse themselves in natural and evocative views, there is the possibility of reaching isolated coves (150/300 mt from the resort) but not recommended for children or the elderly because of the difficulty of the paths and absence of services. Collaboration with local producers also plays a key role in our farm-to-table culinary concept. You only have to look out the window to see the fruits, vegetables, and herbs we serve at the table growing. As much as possible, all ingredients that we do not produce directly at the resort come from local farms and businesses, with priority given to natural and biodynamically farmed products. Of course, the menus always include vegan and vegetarian options as well. The wine cellar is strictly Sicilian and the wine list contemplates a wide selection of labels and varieties. Our kitchen is also very attentive to the needs of gluten-intolerant Guests. To this end, for Guests with celiac disease, the menu of the day will be adapted without depriving them of the opportunity to enjoy everything.
