The wonders of the Unicorn festival in Vinci

Vinci - In 2020 the first 15 years of the Unicorn Festival in Vinci were celebrated, an event that according to all the participants has no equal in Italy and that can only be compared to the famous Lucca Comics and Games. The Unicorn Festival takes place every year and attracts people who are passionate about fantasy, science fiction, historical settings and steampunk from every corner of the boot.

Many disguise themselves, wearing the role of characters from the world of cinema, comics or cartoons. Children are therefore the ones who have the most fun, as they can meet their heroes in flesh and blood. But also the adult visitors are numerous, attracted by the many events that are organized and above all by the colorful disguises that fill the narrow streets of the medieval town. In Vinci you can even meet Leonardo himself, or a crew of dangerous pirates, or even inquisitors ready to burn heretics at the stake. The event was also successful due to the splendid natural location.
