Walking between Camogli and San Fruttuoso

At high altitude, among strawberry trees, pines, holm oaks, heather and junipers, the essences blend with the sea breeze and the gaps allowed by the thick Mediterranean scrub always arouse emotions. Forts dating back to the two wars have the shape of a hut with slits that cut out enchanting squares on the coast and on the open sea. We always keep to the chain and we must remember not to lose concentration in front of the beauty of nature. San Fruttuoso seems to spring from the rock with the Sanctuary and the Doria Tower that embellish the marine oasis, with their essential architecture. The sea is crystal clear, you can arrive here on foot or by boat and it is a corner of peace reached, we are here, now and forever with the heart.
