The small town of Bee

Bee - Bee is a picturesque town of 750 inhabitants in the province of Verbania. Very suggestive place of the small municipality is the Villa Wurher Park where there is a magnificent sequoia. Very beautiful is the hamlet of Albagnano with its interesting church, the Chapel of the Madonna Assunta and the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. A curiosity: here there is also a Buddhist center founded in 1999 which represents a place where those who want can spend some time in meditation and learn the fundamentals of this culture.

Nature lovers, on the other hand, can take a nice hike in the pine forest that leads to Monte Cimolo. At the top you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountain ranges. Also worth a visit is the Casa degli Alpini where you can stop for a picnic as well as the Cappella del Sciuvlino which houses a magnificent fresco of the Madonna delle Grazie inside. In Piazza Barozzi instead there are several bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the place. In Piazzeta Belvedere you have another wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and Verbania. Finally, we also recommend visiting the Church of Santa Croce. Bee is well connected and easily accessible and is an ideal place to spend a few days in total relaxation.
