A Tuscan jewel

Carrara - Carrara is located between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps north of Tuscany, has a natural environment of rare and unmistakable beauty, like a diamond. The city presents itself to tourists as the site of huge marble deposits. Carrara's link with the material dates back to Roman times.
