Gorgonzola - Gorgonzola is a town of about 20,000 inhabitants, located in the province of Milan. Every year in September, a festival dedicated to the cheese of the same name is held in the village, which attracts many admirers every year.

The first news of Gorgontiola (as the city was called in ancient times) dates back to the 10th century, and sees the town as belonging to the Lombard League. However, we must not fall into error thinking that Gorgonzola can only offer pleasures to the palate, in fact this is a town to be discovered, in which religious architectures and coexist in harmony forming a perfect union. The Church of Saints Gervasio and Protasio is certainly worth visiting, built on the remains of a paleo-Christian church in 1806 by the will of Duke Gian Galeazzo Serbelloni. Next to the church stands the Mausoleum of the Serbelloni family, which houses the remains of the most famous ancient family of Gorgonzola. Also not to be missed is the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Aiuto, the oldest religious building in Gorgonzola. The Sanctuary was probably built in the thirteenth century as a chapel of the nearby Convent of the Umiliati.
