Massarosa - Massarosa is an Italian town of 21 599 inhabitants in the province of Lucca in Tuscany. The town is located in the heart of Versilia, kissed by the waters of Lake Massaciuccoli, which so much inspired Puccini's works. The Massarosa area is rich in cultural references and natural beauties. In the vicinity it is possible to find evidence of the Paleolithic, the Copper Age and the Etruscans, especially in the areas adjacent to the lake.

The lake environment is well protected, in fact its area is included in the Natural Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and, in fact, Massaciuccoli, a marshy area, rich in flora, with some truly rare, if not unique, species that can be admired. along the so-called 'clear' on board of characteristic sailing boats.
