Civitella Alfedena, a town that has just 300 souls, preserves the characteristics of the medieval Apennine villages, with the typical houses gathered around the main church and the silent alleys that host them. Here nature and the earth have been generous and provide excellent products such as honey, cheeses, a great variety of jams, almonds, of which most sweets are made, aromatic herbs from which fine liqueurs are obtained, a precious range of gastronomic delicacies that make these places even more inviting.
