Since then it has kept the charm of ancient things, guarding the stories of the lives of men who have followed one another. It was during the 12th century that the Guidi counts built the castle and equipped it with a high tower. At the entrance to the castle there is a lion, which represents the symbol of the Guidi family. Inside, in the court, you can see the coats of arms of the families allied or subjected to the control of the accounts. The rooms of the castle are embellished with Della Robbia ceramics. Around the castle, there are ancient stables, which have been used for reception for centuries. Stefano, the current owner of the historic hotel, has carried out a careful and painstaking restoration, giving life to this place.
