One of these is Bajardo, a center rich in medieval history, works and culture. The druids were the first to settle in this village, and this can be seen in the presence of a pagan temple, and in the style of some columns that can still be visited today. The 'Old Church' was built on the remains of a feudal castle dating back to the Middle Ages, and has survived a strong earthquake. Another attraction is undoubtedly the 'Terrace on the Alps', from which it is possible to enjoy the wonderful view of the Ligurian Alps. Bajardo's video tour focuses on the gastronomy of the village, in particular on the 'Ligurian farinata', based on chickpeas, which has Greek and Latin origins.
