La Spezia - La Spezia is defined as the pearl of the Riviera di Levante, and is located a few kilometers from the border with Tuscany. The city is located in the center of a natural gulf, called 'the gulf of poets', closed between Lerici and Portovenere, so called because it seems to have inspired many poets like Byron. Still visible is a fortress around which the city has developed, the castle of San Giorgio, now a museum with many historical artifacts.

La Spezia is an ideal place for those who love art history and great Italian names.
