In the cases there are anatomical votives and small heads that were offered in request of divine grace. Small courtyard animals, such as cattle and pigs or babies in swaddling clothes, recalled the desire for prolificacy and divine help. The female goddesses worshiped by the Marsi were Feronia and Cingizia, while Vacuna was the most emblematic divinity of the Sabines. Femininity was therefore a divine representation of the afterlife down to the earth, its resurgence, rebirth, health and salvation. The place chosen for the gifts was a focal point for the material exchange with other peoples such as the Etruscans, the Falusci and the Latins, who lived in the lower Val Tiberina. The Church of Santa Vittoria has a Romanesque style structure, dating back to the eleventh century, the bell tower and the facade were rebuilt by order of Orsini in the fifteenth century.
