Cerignola - Creativity is enriched by the territory inhabited by spontaneous and essential herbs in the Mediterranean sun. A bouquet of herbs and roots perfume a new distillate of locally produced organic cereals. Like the salty Apulian bread, also in the Gyn, the brackish note emerges, imprint of the marine currents. The herbs chosen are the sign of the environmental health of Cerignola, where the protection of the biodiversity of the spontaneous flora gives herbs of every season.

The list of basic ingredients is long: angelica, coriander, juniper, which cannot be missing, wild mint, almonds, olive leaves, citrus leaves, licorice root. Tasting a drop of gyn imprints on the palate the essence of the local countryside that has its roots in peasant culture and looks forward to the protection of the territory, our future. The image on the Gyn packaging shows Piazza del Carmine, called the trapezoid due to its shape. Outside the walls it was the junction point to reach other localities and the daily agricultural laborers were hired there for work on the farms of the Rubino-Rossi Marquises. Among these was Giuseppe di Vittorio who became a high olitic figure at the dawn of Italian syndicalism and anti-fascism.
