Between nature and nature: Grass

Erba - Today we are in the province of Como, more precisely in Erba and we will attend the famous fair of the country: the Agrinatura. For years, for three days, usually from 23 to 25 April, Erba has been transformed into a large nursery. The event is linked to tradition and innovation which, among other things, offers, on the eve, a gastronomic anticipation of the many varieties of high quality agricultural products.

the focus is on the values of sustainability and respect for the environment for a healthier and happier planet. The ambitious goal of Agrinatura is the enhancement of the territory seen as an all-encompassing socio-cultural reality. The typical atmosphere refers to the spring wood among scents of flowers and fruity scents to enhance, of course, the resources that our local forests make available. Particular attention is paid to the forest supply chain. We still have the opportunity to admire the various stands linked to the wildlife universe with both farmyard and stable animals. Finally, it is possible to carry out different food and wine itineraries created ad hoc for the various themes.
