From Predoi to Lago della Selva

Valle Aurina - Valle Aurina is one of the most suggestive places in Trentino-Alto Adige to go hiking thanks to its unspoiled nature. This video shows a path to follow to enjoy the best of the landscape beauties of this area up to the Lago della Selva. Starting from the town of Predoi, take Path 16B which crosses the wood. After a while, you reach a crossroads where you can choose whether to continue on the mule track or take a fairly steep path.

In the second case, you save half an hour of walking and climb 400. The lake is located at an altitude of 2338 meters and it takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes to get there. The path is not too difficult and once you get here you can finally relax a bit. To return to the valley, take path 15A which subsequently connects to 16B which leads to Predoi. During the descent you can see streams whose very clear waters make you want to get wet even when the temperatures are very low. The round trip takes about 5 hours depending on the breaks you take.
