Castello Taufers. - In the hamlet of Acereto stands the castle of Conte Tures on the rocky spur overlooking the valley. The Keep and the first agglomeration were built around 1100 and enlarged and reinforced in the 15th century. For its majesty and its complex structure it is a well-known tourist destination. You can visit some areas without a guide, with a ticket of 6.00 euros for adults, such as the wash house, the courtyard, the kitchen and the garden, the patrol, the attic of the granary, spectacular for the high wooden weaves, the stands and the keep.

In the latter, film sets have been set up such as 'The most beautiful evening of my life' by Scola, where, during the filming Sordi, he mentions the ghost of the castle. With a few euros more you can book the guided tour also in other rooms, such as that of the Judgment, the room of the Spirits and the Chamber of Torture. Climbing plants and shrubs twist around the wall edges, enriching the fabulous character of the castle residence. Surely it is a destination to live with the family where children will be attracted to the mysterious corners and adults will be able to immerse themselves in the story told and tangible as if by spell.
