Abbazia di Santa Bona Egiziaca. - The Abbey was built at the ford point of the Piave river on the land route to Venice. It was in this section that the relics of San Vittore crossed the river to reach Anzù di Feltre from Syria and Cyprus, contaminating the town with the name Vidor. A document of the Notary Arginulfo attests the transfer of the building to the Monk Geronimo of Pomposa, which took place with the signature of the Lombard Knight Giovanni Granone.

He, having returned from the Crusade for the liberation of Jerusalem, also entrusted the relics of Santa Bona, also known as the Egyptian Princess, to the Pompesian Monks. Oral tradition tells that when the relics passed through Treviso, many miracles happened in the city, so much so that a temple was built in honor of the Saint. During the First World War, serious damage was done to the Monastery and the relics were dispersed. Still wrapped in yellow cotton wool, Princess Alfonsa Miniscalchi, belonging to the family that owned the complex since 1775, recovered them from the respectful hands of a gunner. Faithfully rebuilt, the Monastery collects the medieval esoteric imprint in the Cloister, with ophlitic columns where snakes rise towards the Most High.
