Apartment on the mezzanine floor of 75sqm, located in the beautiful Torre San Giovanni one of the most beautiful marinas of the lower Salento with its very long beach of white sand. The apartment is strategically located because it is only about 300mt from the long sandy shore, where all the equipped and not equipped lidos are located, and only 50mt from the pedestrian area where all the commercial and recreational activities are concentrated, as well as pizzerias, bars, weekly market and the evening stroll. It consists of entrance hall, double room, room with two single beds, which can be coupled as needed, bathroom with washing machine and shower stall, kitchen with oven and dining room with air conditioner and led TV. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. In addition, there is a convenient front porch and a back space for your outdoor dining. Sorry but we cannot accommodate pets. We can accommodate 4 people, if you are interested please ask for a quote. Check-in is from 12:30 pm onwards while check-out by 9:30 am. Final cleaning fee is Euro 50 while the weekly rate includes utilities and depends on the requested period. Sorry but we cannot accept pets.
