TWO-ROOM APARTMENT IN RESIDENCE WITH POOL, AIR CONDITIONING Casa Giosa, with attention to detail, consists of an entrance-living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette equipped with appliances, such as stove, refrigerator with freezer, everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and has a small terrace. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with cabin/shower. The exteriors of Holiday House Giosa include a nice terrace accessed directly from the living room, equipped with outdoor dining furniture, barbecue and awnings. In addition, Casa Giosa is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, color TV. Casa Giosa offers from June 1 to September 15 exclusively to its guests, free use of the condominium swimming pool included in the residential complex. The pool is located in the central part of the residence and has an equipped solarium space. A swimming cap must be worn for access to the pool. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but with an extra charge and can be rented on request. Casa Giosa is ideal for those who choose a vacation in freedom and autonomy, without sacrificing a high standard of quality.
