Luxury Villa with 500 square meters of green lawn 50 meters from the sea. Our structure I Tre Mari is located in Sardinia, in Gallura in a few steps from the Costa Smeralda and all services, by the sea among beautiful white beaches. The villa is equipped with purified water, video surveillance system, alarm, 65-inch TV, air conditioning, two electric ovens and 500 square meters of green lawn with englishman carefully cared for by our gardener. welcomes 6 guests. We are located in the Pittulongu Bados area inserted in an environment natural beautiful but close to Olbia and Golfo Aranci, two ports and olbia airport - Costa Smeralda. Our structure it is located respectively at 50mt. and 100 mt. from 3 beautiful beaches to white sand (the Punta Mare Rocce Pellicano") that slope gently into crystal clear water (also great for children. It is 800mt away. from restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, rotisserie, fishmonger, 2 bars, a convenience store equipped with everything from the parapharmacy, from another fishmonger's shop, from another restaurant, another bar, 50 meters away. from the bus stop, 800 meters away. from 3 other restaurants and bars, 2000 meters. from a large supermarket with shops, 5 km from Olbia with port and all services, 8 km from Golfo orange trees with port and all services, 7 km from the airport.
