Alkira Lodge

Alkira Lodge is a small 3-storey building, with no elevator completely renovated in 2016 (both externally and internally) owned by the Cuccuru family: here, in fact, in addition to the 4 apartments available for rent, we also have a home with our respective families. Located on the corner between Via Toda and Via Txu Terrat, two small and quiet streets in a residential area south of the city, Very convenient free public parking opposite the building in Piazza Cau.

Services

Each apartment will open its doors to you in a comfortable and welcoming environment where you do not have to worry about anything: in fact, you will find everything you need to feel at home and make your holiday simple, no surprises and additional costs (excluding a few mandatory extras) because all services are already included in the booking price. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, 32 "color TV with digital terrestrial, sofa (sofa bed in the Talia apartment), safe, table and chairs, air conditioning, fan (on request). The kitchenette has an Electric oven, Microwave, Fridge and freezer, Induction stove + cooker hood, Kettle, Toaster, Lavazza Express coffee machine, Complete kit of crockery and kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cups, pots, ladles , mocha…), Linen set for kitchen and table (tea towels, dish towels, pot holders, placemats), Dustbin. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, towels and shower towels, hairdryer, and washing machine. Other amenities included clothesline, and ironing board and iron. The balconies are furnished with outdoor table, chairs and armchairs and awnings.

Prices

It is wonderful to discover the medieval charm of Sardinia's Barceloneta by walking with a curious and aimless eye through its streets steeped in history and saltiness. 90 km of coastline and about twenty beaches of extraordinary beauty: soft white sandy beaches, small inlets surrounded by rocks, lonely and wild coves, some of which can only be reached by sea.
