Sea Villa

This 100 sq m portion of the villa (double living room, American-style kitchen, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, another bedroom used as a storage room, 300 sq m garden, two patios and terraces, all overlooking the sea and the islands of Tavolara and Molara) is located in an enviable position in a quiet residential area, 300 meters from the village of PS Paolo, approximately 1200 meters from the sea and 90 meters above sea level, thus enjoying unparalleled views and a breezy climate compared to the village. We ask for a deposit of ?200, which will be returned to you on the day of check-out if the house is left in the same condition as we found it. We do not charge additional cleaning fees, but only if the house is left in an acceptable state of cleanliness. If the house is not left clean, ?150 will be deducted from the deposit. We are on-site and available for any information and suggestions on what to see, where to eat (restaurants, agritourism, fishing tourism), the best beaches, the least crowded beaches, etc. We are discreet but at the same time very happy to interact with guests and accommodate every need to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.
