La Dimora di Simo

A 30 sq m studio apartment in Pescara, renovated, welcoming, and comfortable, with a private entrance, located in a private house with a courtyard. It sleeps up to two people, in double or single accommodations. It consists of a spacious open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with comfortable beds. The private bathroom features a spacious shower. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Linens are provided. The neighborhood is well-served by a post office, supermarkets, delis, bars and pastry shops, nearby pizzerias and restaurants, pharmacies, and other shops. You'll be just a few minutes' drive from the beaches, the train station/bus terminal, the city center, and Abruzzo Airport. The area is well-served by public transportation.
