The Attic holiday home managed exclusively family-run, is more than anything else the residence of many friends guests who have decided to stay there. Our small structure of about 60 square meters, equipped with all comforts, is in a truly enviable and strategic position because it is located just 20 meters from the sea and only 500 meters from the city center. On foot you can reach the main historical, cultural and attractive attractions such as, the Cathedral of Crotone, the Museum, the Castle of Charles V, the Villa Comunale, the city center with the arcades of Piazza Pitagora, and of course "under the house" the promenade, with local bars restaurants bathing establishments the free free beach, the Crotonese nightlife, and the many tourist / commercial activities, finally the marina to rent small boats or simply to enjoy the daily catch, all within reach of "foot". The ruins of Capocolonna are only 8 km away from our structure.
