These are two independent apartments, each of 70 m2., built in 2009, 30 metres far from the sea. Kitchen-Living-room with sofa bed on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom, a room with two single beds, bathroom with shower-box on first floor; the has also a veranda and balcony, with sea view around; At the second floor terrace equipped for solarium and barbecue.

Услуги

Both apartments are full optional : air conditioning in each room, solar panels for hot water, safe, fridge with freezer, oven, washing.
The apartments are available during all the year for one weeks or more, starting from the afternoon of Saturday (5 o’clock p.m.) until 10 a.m. of the following Saturday. It’s possible to agree even for three nights stays of minimum.

Punta Secca, recently well-known for the series TV of “Commissioner Montalbano”, is appreciated for the fine sand of the beach and, more, for a mild and sunny climate for most of year. This allows a long season from April to October, particularly enjoyable in the so-called low season.
Reachable by car (freeway Catania-Ragusa, exit for Comiso, then for Santa Croce- Punta Secca. (about 100 KM) or by bus (Autolinee Etna from Catania, Airport, Ragusa, Santa Croce, Punta Secca).
