This is a 3-bedroom and 1-restroom with 2 shower places, Seaview rooftop apartment. Open space kitchen with every appliance, a large screen TV, kitchen island seating 4 and a dining table for 6. There is central A/C, a dishwasher and laundry zone in the apartment. The house is located on the first floor of a single-family building, 200 meters from the Ionian coast of Salento, Puglia. Mild climate all year round, golden beaches, cycling routes, good typical cuisine.

Services

Pets not allowed. On request it is possible to take advantage of the babysitting service for children or booking bed lines. Pets not allowed in the house, on request we provide information on the facilities of boarding houses for pets in the area. For those traveling by plane we recommend renting a car at the airport, in any case we can provide information on transfer services from the airport or from the Lecce high-speed train station.

Prices

In high season June, July and August the house is available for stays of at least one week, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Prices vary according to the period and guest numbers.
In the other months of the year it is possible to stay overnight for a minimum of 2 nights.

Where We are

The house is located in Torre San Giovanni (Marina di Ugento) in the Province of Lecce, Puglia. The house is 15 minutes by car from the city of Gallipoli and Leuca. Just 30 minutes from the baroque wonders of Lecce.The international airport of Salento (Brindisi) is about an hour away, while the closest high-speed train station is in Lecce about 45 minutes by car.
