Services

It is possible to rent linen and ask for weekly cleaning service (to be paid) to be agreed with the owner. In the nearby there are bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, take away pizzeria within walking distance. In July and August, the area offers numerous festivals with typical dishes of local gastronomic tradition and numerous musical events. Around August 20, the Gemini resort hosts the Festival of Street Artists, a folk festival featuring games, shows and entertainment even for adulta and children . The event takes place along the streets of the historic center.

Prices

Prices starting from 450 euros per week, utilities included. The price may vary according to the period and the number of people. 30% of the price agreed for the entire period must be paid as a deposit. The balance will be on the delivery of the keys. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required.

The apartment is located in the heart of Salento, in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Located 60 km southern Lecce, halfway between Gallipoli and S. Maria di Leuca (both resorts can be reached in 20 minutes by car, via freeway), it is ideally located to make excursions and to reach the most convenient Beautiful places both of the Ionian (Maldives of Salento, Punta Suina, etc) and of the Adriatic (Otranto, Bear Tower, Santa Cesarea Terme, etc.) coasts. The nearest marina is Torre Mozza (Ugento's marina) with sandy beach and crystal clear water, reachable in 8 minutes by car (5km), even during the most influential tourist periods. We arrive at the Lecce-Gallipoli-S freeway. Maria di Leuca going out to Ugento-Gemini.
