-The accomodation is in a pretty green iseland at just twenty minutes, walking, mayeby less, from St. Mark square.At only five minutes, by “bus-boat” from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale and S.Elena boat-stop). Inside a first ‘900 century palace- no high water-up to three steeps from ground level, it does consists in a pretty nice small flat (studio-flat), for maximum three people and an elegant double-room, with self bahroom.We can answering not before two days from the require.

Where We are

If arriving both by train (railway station) or by car (in piazzale Roma) You have to take the boat number 4.1, or 5.1 (from Raylway station s waterbus D), or 6.1 (only from P.zzale Roma, bus-station)to Lido direction and stopping both in Giardini-Biennale, or S. Elena(better because there are not bridges). It will takes 25/35min. about.
If arriving at evening time,please shoud be better not after 11 PM,thank You expeccially in winter time).
-From Airport Marco Polo-VE:Alilaguna-boat service straight to lido(45min.)-but You can also going till Arsenale boat stop, in Venice, and changing boat for Giardini or S.Elena (one or two stops);in Lido, please, change boat, for S.Elena (only 5 minutes;one stop).
