Lubagnu vacanze is our holiday home, consisting of 4 apartments in a villa with garden, 2-3 rooms each, different options, from 3 to 5 sleeps, all amenities to feel you "like home"! Garden with barbecue equipped area, pool, private parking, playground, private areas for outdoors relaxing or dining. Suitable also for families with very young children, elderly of infirm people or groups.Quiet residential area, but not isolated, in a green setting, 5 minutes from beach, restaurants and shops

Services

All our units are fully furnished and equipped, we provide FREE satellite TV, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, all house linen (bedlinen, towels, tablecloth, etc). Mosquito nets in all windows.
For children (max 4 years) a cot with bed linen and seat adaptor are provided totally for free.
Fully fenced yard and garden, playground,equipped barbecue area with veranda, garden furniture (for relaxing and outdoorn dining) with private dedicated areas for each unit.
Swimming pool with panoramic terrace (sea view and surrounding hills) and large solarium both paved in local stone, to relax and sunbathe. It is reserved exclusively for our guests, completely fenced for greater security
Free wifi (apartments and garden)

Prices

minimum 250 € / week low season (3 sleeps unit)
up to 550 € / week high season (4 sleeps unit)
additional single bed (adult) on request- Last mnute or long stay offers
Final cleaning 35 euro (3 sleeps unit) -50 euro (4 sleeps unit). Final cleaning is free over 15 days of stay. bills included.
