The B&B is fully refurbished in June 2019, it is located in the middle of the town even if in the quiet area, in fact there are no noisy premises nearby, let alone very busy roads. All basic amenities are easily achieved on foot, and all within 100/200 meters. While the long and famous stretch of fine sand, as well as the marina and the low cliff for fans of subaquea fishing are about 3 km.

Rent in the heart of the historic centre of the small village of Morciano di Leuca, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Torre Vado (Marina del comune di Morciano di Leuca) and Pescoluse, spearheads of Salento, a Studio with loft spaces in wood and with vaulted ceilings shown in stone, typical of our area. The Studio consists of a double bedroom, a bed, a bathroom with shower in a typical "barrel", kitchen and equipped kitchen and fridge. The House is close to all the points, in fact: supermarket, butchers (one of which is directly opposite), Bank and post office are just 300 m. It is also at a point where it is more than easy to reach the road that leads to both Torre Vado for our magnificent sea and our beautiful waterfront, you discover our most beautiful places such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and Gallipoli easily accessible via the appropriate roads.
