Stone house from the late 1800s, on two levels, located in the historic center of the village, in the Contrada del Pozzo, next to the Church of the Conception (17th cent.). Independent entrance living kitchen, scullery, living room, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, 2 cellars, small balcony, very quiet location, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts and appliances, free wifi, household linens, basic consumer goods, soaps and detergents for personal hygiene and house cleaning, included in the price. Max 4 people. The Fonteverde Tuscany Natural Resort and Spa, with thermal water pools at 38° and spa treatments affiliated with the SSN, is 1 km away. Bagno Grande and Bagno Bossolo, locations at the foot of the village, with public, free-access pools, rich in hot thermal spring water, are currently the subject of major archaeological excavations, which have unearthed bronze statues, votive offerings, coins and various finds from Etruscan and Roman times. The site can be visited with a guide with prior reservation. Little 4-leggers welcome.
