Villa Sempreunagioia

Villa Sempreunagioia is a splendid Historic Home from the early 1800s built on the remains of a Medieval Castle in the Piacentine Hills an hour and a half from Milan. The owners, Sergio Cosentino and Cinzia Scarpa, are two writers who practice Forest Bathing, Garden Therapy and Horticultural Therapy and invite their Guests, if they are pleased to do so with them, sometimes offering a Breakfast or lunch that they make with the wonderful Natural products of the Teritorio (the Italian Food Valley). Within an hour's drive there are over 25 Castles and Museums belonging to the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza. Milan airports are one and a half hours away, Parma airport 40 minutes, and Piacenza Railway Station 35 minutes. The Dependance of the Villa is a charming apartment for rent of about 80 square meters fully furnished in antique style that can accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of the living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a magnificent window directly overlooking the Villa's 3500 sq. m. Park where Roe deer often walk.
