Farmhouse in the green hills of Umbria, offers six furnished apartments with pool and garde. Pugnano Alto is situated on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany. Services

Pugnano Alto offers charming guest accommodation in a beautifullyconverted stone farmhouse, on a hill overlooking the peaceful Umbrian countryside.

All of the apartments are carefully furnished and cared for down to the smallest detail and offer ceilings with exposed beams (upper floor) and terra cotta floors.
They are also in an excellent position which offers a splendid panorama valley.

Each one is equipped with all comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: colour television and digital decoder, oven, dishwasher (no apartment GRANO), fridge, hairdryer, crockery, internet connection and mosquito nets on the windows.

The farmhouse's large lounge has been transformed in attractive breakfast room where, each morning, guest are treated to a generous buffet of traditional "torcoli" pastries and other local delicacies. The lounge is also home to a bar, library area, and internet point.


Other facilities are: washing machine, barbecue, play area children, parking, INTERNET WIFI;

The farmhouse's swimming pool is situated in a particularly secluded corner of the garden, where to relax in the sunshine surrounded by gorgeous views of the Umbrian countryside.

Prices include:
City tax , VAT , bed linen and towels with weekly change , water , gas for cooking , electricity , final cleaning, WiFi internet , satellite TV , washing machine and iron.
Prices do not include :
Heating, which varies according to consumption (amount to be counted at the start), all apartments have an independent and visible meter. Buffet breakfast costs € 5 per person, children under 5 do not pay.

The 18 hole Championship Golf Course of Antognolla, designed by the famous course architect Robert Trent Jones jr. is situated to 45km from the farmhouse.
