Cinto Caomaggiore - Cinto Caomaggiore is a small town that borders the province of Pordenone and is famous for its naturalistic beauties. Its territory is in fact rich in streams, springs and lakes that enrich the regional park. Here, in fact, many dry sweets typical of the Venetian tradition are made, such as bussolà, esse and sbreghe. But the real typical product of the municipality, the one for which it is known throughout the national territory, is bread. Here the bread is of excellent quality as it is produced only and strictly using the mother yeast. This is why it is used in catering. The truly typical bread of the area, however, is the pan polenta. It is called in this way not because it is produced with corn flour, but is used precisely the polenta which is then kneaded in the traditional way to make bread.
